Claire Brown, ASW
Claire’s work begins with creating a safe space for clients to feel heard, understood, and accepted. A strong believer in the power of collaboration, Claire approaches therapy as a team endeavor, partnering with clients to better explore therapeutic goals and strategies.
Her experience working with children, teens, and families in school settings, along with her training in social work, contribute to Claire’s holistic approach and consideration of the client’s environment. She offers a warm, empathetic, and gentle approach while supporting clients to develop skills and tools for managing challenging or uncomfortable emotions.
Claire’s therapeutic approach includes methods from TEAM-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
