Claire views the mind, body, and spirit each as important elements of one’s wellness and resilience.

Claire’s holistic methods help people who feel stuck, want to make life changes, and are unsure of how or where to start. She offers a warm, empathetic, and gentle approach while supporting clients in developing new skills and tools, guiding them towards a more fulfilling and gratifying lifestyle that reflects their values. In the process, clients often attain a renewed sense of equilibrium when facing challenging or uncomfortable thoughts and emotions.

Using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Claire helps people adjust their focus from eliminating undesirable emotions to learning how to co-exist comfortably with complex thoughts and feelings. Claire’s therapeutic approach also includes methods from TEAM-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
