Therapy that fits your lifestyle

Corina Seligman, AMFT

Corina is passionate about caring for the LGBTQIA+ community and those who love them. She works with teens, adults, couples, and families as they master the tools and strategies to manage anxiety and difficult emotions, and live full and authentic lives. Her clients learn how to build more meaningful connections and acquire skills to help them restore balance in their relationships.

“I see you, and together we can move forward so you can become the person you want to be.”

Using results-focused TEAM- and ACT-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Corina integrates her clients’ minds, bodies, and spirits in a supportive, collaborative setting. She likes to incorporate somatics, meditation, journaling, humor, and mindfulness into her therapy practice.

A proud eating disorder survivor, musician, feminist, yogi, and writer, Corina is the oldest child in an artsy, blended, multicultural Bay Area family.
